Chapter 2
Jaeda James walked out of the room and grabbed her robe. Securing it tightly in her hand, she walked down the hallway and headed to the office. She just left him sitting there again and he never said anything when she left. She was pissed earlier when she saw Mike’s wedding ring and the sores on his wrists, but now she was just pissed at herself. She had never, not once...had an orgasm with a client. She always faked it, putting on a show for them. She did what she needed to do so she could get the job done. Her job was to show them a good time, get them off and then forget about them, forget about what she did for a living, because if she thought too long on it, it made her sick to her stomach. She hated how her life turned out, but she didn’t have a choice. She never had a fucking choice.
She busted in the office door to find her brother sitting behind his desk.
“What the fuck are you doing, Jaeda?” he asked without looking up. “You’re not done.”
“And how would you know,” she spit back.
Her brother, Jake James held up his cell phone. “Luca’s watching, little sister.”
That made her job and life even worse. It truly made her feel like a whore. Luca was in love with her and had been since her brother brought him into the business. Luca would sit in the observation room and jack off when Jaeda was with a client. Not only was the man in love with her, but he was also Jake’s right hand man. She couldn’t escape either one of them.
Their father started the business and passed away shortly after Jaedas' tenth birthday. Her brother took over and put Jaeda to work as soon as she turned eighteen. A client paid good money to take her virginity. It was a memory she would never forget. She cried for days, then her brother simply put her back to work. She had no choice in the matter. This was her life. Her brother was a sick mother-fucker and she had no doubt her brother would kill her if she tried to leave. Or worse, he would simply turn her over to Luca, and that would be worse than death.
“You lied to me!” she cried out.
Jake closed his laptop and stood. He was over six feet tall, had short brown hair and always wore jeans and a t-shirt. Even at meetings with clients he wore what he wanted. That part of the business Jaeda had nothing to do with. She’d overheard conversations and knew some of the clients were politicians, doctors and other people with high profile occupations. People paid her brother to kidnap them and fulfill their fantasies.
Mike was different and she didn’t know why. He struggled with his handcuffs; clearly, he didn’t want to be here. No other client had ever struggled; they always wanted what they paid for.
Her brother was now standing in front of her and she knew what was coming.
